The Ikoyi Residence is a family home built around three quiet ideas: light, privacy and permanence. Set on a tight urban plot in Lagos, the house turns inward, organising living spaces around a central courtyard that draws breeze and daylight deep into the plan.

The material palette is deliberately restrained — cast concrete, warm timber and local stone — chosen to age gracefully and ask little of its owners over time.
